    Weetabix v oats

Obviously oats get eaten a lot by a lot of bb's, I don't particularly like oats but I love weetabix even tho they're similar, n from looking at the nutrition list on either packets they both seem to be the same, I was just wondering if weetabix is just as good as oats to fit in to a bodybuilding diet

With wheetbix, I need to eat them with milk and sugar, otherwise I can't stomach em, so oats for me! Never tried to put wheetbix in a shake instead of oats though! Nyt give it a go lol

Oats are obviously a lesser processed carb, so if you care about clean eating, they're the obvious choice. Other than that, they're pretty much on par from a nutritional standpoint. I use weetabix quite a bit actually, but oats are always my #1.
