    Watch me grow.

    So I met this bad ass girl at the gym who likes to train heavy, I haven’t really ever tried to lift heavy weights as I thought I did not have it in me but I am giving it ago, Tuesday and Thursday I work out with a PT in which we do more lighter weighted stuff.

    Stay tuned for my progression …

    I just did it on excel, got the fat, carb and protein nutritional information from calorie king.con.au and calculated my calories and macros on the spreadsheet based on basic nutritional formula eg... Protein = 4 calories, carbs = 4 calories and fat = 9. Then to get the macro percentage it's the total calories off fat or protein or carbs times 100 ...

    Im a little confused, how many days a week are you lifting?
    Meal plan says tue, thurs, fri are lifting days then you have monday-thurs on the workout plan.
    Your meal plan looks good btw!
    Why are you doing chest and shoulders 3x a week and legs on mon and tue?
    Looking forward to seeing your results, theres much i can learn from this!

    One body part / muscle group per week is my rule if thumb.. you need to give your muscles a chance to recover other wise they wont grow
    and to get muscles bigger you need to lift to fail ..

    Yeah i recon!!
    I lift 4 days a week... 2 x heavy and 2 x light (since last week)
    I have already seen results .....
    Umm.. I don't know, I just do what I feel like doing.. my upper body needs some serious attention and thats what it is getting

    Why not post this throughout your 'journey'? When I had my cutting progress log running, I posted in it every day, often multiple times... I treated it more like a blog than a 'thread' really.

    Just a suggestion. Your inevitable high's and low's will undoubtedly help others.

    I think very unfair i you to even say that G .. i personal was being complimentary and funny . Not slezy... i certainly resent the implication of such a remark like that you have posted above thanks !!..

    well congrats on the progress this far keep up the hard work!!!! and i will keep checking in to see how far you have made it.... just on the side, heavy weights are like a drug weary at first but once you do easily hooked (but in this case much better for life lol)

    It would be a shame to have this thread closed over this..... Gbrice was just in the way he went about it and I see no "insult" to anyone. Sometimes issues are left public so other members can learn from it. There's no reason to argue further in this thread..... if you have an issue - pm the admin.

    Well, I'm going to take it upon myself to put this thread back on track... after 3 hoffers come in...

    You're doing awesome work and appears you're already in good shape.... toning down that last little bit and that ever slow growing process can be a difficult one and tough to stay on track. You're obviously very focused and we'll all be here to support you when you need.
