    Question Critique my diet please

    I'm starting my first cycle tomorrow and this is the diet I have used before when bulking. I am 23 5ft 11 165 lbs. I Just cut down from 178. With this diet I had no problem gaining muscle and weight. However I did put on a little more fat than I wanted to with this diet. I want to gain lean muscle and not a ton of extra fat while on cycle. About 1/4 of the carbs come from glyco maize in my pre and post workout. The rest are clean complex carbs. Do I need to swap some carbs for protein if I want to gain less fat? Should I cut some calories in general?

    2880 calories per day.
    192 grams of protein per day.
    336 grams of carbs per day.
    80 grams of fat per day.

    Probably shouldnt be cycling yet bro, and at 165lbs at 5'11", you could certainly put on another 15-20lbs of lean mass naturally in the next 2-3 years while your endocrine system fully develops. Anyways, your protein intake is way too low for the goal you have. You said you had no problem gaining muscle with your diet, so why do you want to use gear? If you're worried about fat gains, just make adjustments to your diet and increase your cardio. Just my $0.02c.

    x3.. you definitely got alot of gains left before you need to cycle.

    also you need wayy more protein and you have way too many carbs

    More natural gains first and you should be a bit older man. You need more calories to I think and more protein
