I'm starting my first cycle tomorrow and this is the diet I have used before when bulking. I am 23 5ft 11 165 lbs. I Just cut down from 178. With this diet I had no problem gaining muscle and weight. However I did put on a little more fat than I wanted to with this diet. I want to gain lean muscle and not a ton of extra fat while on cycle. About 1/4 of the carbs come from glyco maize in my pre and post workout. The rest are clean complex carbs. Do I need to swap some carbs for protein if I want to gain less fat? Should I cut some calories in general?
