Gym's Diet, Workout and Exercise Log

OK so I'm putting this info down on here now so i can keep some motivation in losing this frigging BF ..
I could just put this on my own PC but if i put it into the public then it might shame me into not cheating as bad or worse still giving up entirely ..
I think ill only weigh my self once a week as thous scales really piss me off.. besides that I'm hoping on putting on my lean mass so the scales are going to be all over the place ..

Keeping on log helps a lot. It makes you stay accountable to all aspects of your diet and training. The last thing any of us what to do is update our log and tell everyone we fvcked up, so it does help a lot.

I would recommend posting pictures bi-weekly. It helps me a lot. I would expect with diet and TRT you should see some results fairly quickly. It's nice comparing pics side by side and seeing your progress. The compliments of the guys on here help a lot too when you do make that progress.

Good for you on starting this log. I think more guys on here should be doing it. Good Luck! I'll be following!

So I'm assuming that you're going to continue with Atkins (keto)? Just curious

When I was researching CKD. I remember Gbrice or somebody that knew what they were talking about say that when you get off of a keto type of diet that you can't just jump back into a regular diet. You have to start introducing complex carbs slowing over a period of weeks. So adding veggies week one, 1 cups oats for week 2, and so on.

I just can't imagine being on low/no carb diet for the rest of my life.

This is not an accurate statement... and I am speaking from personal experience.

^^ Correct... I was on a CKD for just under 6 months and cut down to 187lbs... when reintroducing carbs you must do so very slow and will not be able to return to a 200g carb per day for about 6 to 8 weeks after the diet... For me, this proved to be as difficult as getting into Ketosis... once I started with carbs I wanted to binge, which I eventually did after about 3 months and am now paying the price!

when i diet ckd i lost about 8lbs in the first week, of which is mostly water and on refeeds i would gain about 3 lbs and when i stopped i gained about 5lbs. carbs hold water so when you do keto you drop carbs and thus water and when you stop you will gain glycogen which contains water

i also went from keto with 20g of carbs immediatly to 150g carb diet and continued to lose 1.5lbs a week

On my refeeds I would gain at least 8lbs . I would drop that plus 3lbs by my next refeed.
