    Meal ideas

I would like some meal ideas. I go to work for 10 -12 hours at a time and no way of heating anything up. Anyone make some suggestions? Trying to lose a few pounds.
I've seen that a lot of people want to know stats:
    32
    5'10"
    180-185 (up and down everyday)
I used to be very active until I got this job. Sitting in a tree harvester all day long. Could eat whatever I wanted before and not gain a pound. It's catching up to me. Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do you have access to a fridge? If so, you can pack your meals in Tupperware and eat them cold. I am not sure if I really like cold chicken, or I have just gotten used to it. Hard boiled eggs are a good (a little high in fat for me) source of protein. Cold rice is a bit rough, but I have gotten used to that too. Cold broccoli and asparagus are fine, because I think they are gross hot too.

Also, take a gallon of water, a zip lock (or original container) of protein powder along with a shaker bottle. When traveling I make a shake, drink it, fill with water again and shake to rinse and then drink that too...can never have enough water.

I also had to learn how to eat things cold. Leftover spaghetti, pasta salad, rice, chicken, steak, protein bars(powder), tuna right out of the can, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese are some staples. I'm also big on peanut butter and banana sandwiches on whole wheat.

Thanks for the ideas. Been doing the Tupperware thing the last couple days. It's going to take some getting used to. But it's prob better than eating the same shit sandwich every day. You guys ever try cottage cheese and apple sauce mixed together?
