Also, you have no profile pic!

Read this and try again - http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ng-101-Cutting

Having read your previous posts on other threads I hope you have settled an attitude a little, or else nobody will help you.

I'm not familiar with your previous posts, that's a good thing I guess.

So we're here to be honest, right? And honesty can be harsh sometimes, right? You say you're serious about this, and you know nobody more dedicated (which I think is an excellent attitude btw, kudos), but the diet doesn't reflect that, AT ALL. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich constitutes a meal? Chocolate milk? In fact, I really only see a single quality meal (meal 6) in your entire plan.

I don't have time to do full blown diet critiques these days, and I know the others here will help sort you out - but I suggest you take that good outlook of yours, and use it towards some research on this site, particularly with regards to a balanced diet geared towards bodybuilding.

In all fairness, so do all carbohydrates. I wouldn't be worried much about corn tbh. Eaten with other foods, it's digestion rate and GI value will change anyway. The kid has chocolate milk and PB and Jelly sandwiches in his diet... corn is the least of his issues right now.

I almost pissed myself when I read that! Seriously....

I didn't read the whole diet, I just saw his other post that talked about chicken, rice and corn so I figured I would keep it to one thread and keep it here. Although if you do research on what corn does to your body.... its not just the sugar.... I mean come on.... corn makes ethanol.... I don't think we want that in our body.
