    Nutrition plan

Ok, I have had a couple of guys ask about a diet plan, although its very difficult to recommend a general diet plan for everyone since everyone's body reacts differently, I will post my personal plan!
I am 39 and 5'7", at the start of this plan I was 178lbs and 19% bf! I have been on this plan for 1 year and all natty! I am now 191lbs and 6%bf!
    Here goes!
    630
    ECA stack

6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs (8 total)
1/2 cup old fashion oatmeal mixed with 2 tbls flax seed oil
    1 banana
    50mg zinc, 200mg DHEA, 2000mg L-arganine, 1000mg L-lysine, 1000mg fish oil, 2 pills of twin lab Male Fuel(for the Yohibomine extract), multi-vitamine, 800mg green tea extract.

    1 scoop MP assault
    5g AAKG

    1000
    PWO
2 scoops MP Combat mixed in water
    1 scoop Universal Carbo Plus

    1300
8oz protein (chicken breast, ground lean turkey, tuna, talapia, lean ground beef, lean steak- you choose, I tried to change it up as much as possible, if you have dieted before you know what you can eat and what to stay away from!

4oz carbs (sweet potatoes or brown rice)

1 cup green veggie - again, you choose, I stuck with green beans, asparagus, broccoli
    800mg green tea

    1600
2 scoops MP Combat mixed in water
    1 red apple
    800mg green tea

    1900
    8oz protein
    4oz carbs
    1 cup green veggie
    See 1300 meal for suggestions

    2200
1 cup low fat cottage cheese

All meals had 8oz of water with them
I felt tired and sluggish for about 4 weeks, but after that I started feeling better each day!
I hope this helps anyone out there!

How many calories are in this? Also, you mentioned you'd upped them a bit? Aside from the eggs, it looks like almost no fat, right?

DHEA and flaxseed in the morning is his fat, but yes this diet plan is very low in fat.

I'm not sure on the calories, I used to know, but I've been on it so long I have forgotten, I will add them up and post it for you!
