i currently eat 3 eggs over easy with wheat toast for breakfast, and for lunch/dinner my 2nd and last meal of the day i eat salad, or wraps, or chicken breast with brown rice. i have one cheat meal a week a sub or something like that. Im taking ultra man vitamins and whey isoflex protein shake 30g before workout and glutiemine after for healing(as instructed by vitam world employee) some days i only eat once and its a salad or wrap. trying to lose this last bit of belly. I was 225 lbs 5,7 now im 185lbs . work out 5 days a week. no soda. i drink water and milk. i drink a bunch of coffee with sweet and low. i think thats it.
