    was told to post my diet in here for help to improve

    i currently eat 3 eggs over easy with wheat toast for breakfast, and for lunch/dinner my 2nd and last meal of the day i eat salad, or wraps, or chicken breast with brown rice. i have one cheat meal a week a sub or something like that. Im taking ultra man vitamins and whey isoflex protein shake 30g before workout and glutiemine after for healing(as instructed by vitam world employee) some days i only eat once and its a salad or wrap. trying to lose this last bit of belly. I was 225 lbs 5,7 now im 185lbs . work out 5 days a week. no soda. i drink water and milk. i drink a bunch of coffee with sweet and low. i think thats it.

    how old are u and whats ur bf%?? need ur bf% to calculate how many calories u need..

    looks like ur not eating enuff food! if uve been starving urself for an extended time u will prob wanna build up to the amt of cals u should be eating over a period of time.. GBrice would be better equipped to instruct u on that..

    in the meantime how bout that bf%??

    ur diet could be better and needs work.. do u know how many cals ur current diet consists of as well as what the total macros (pro, carbs, fat ) are??????

    I TELL u man im not the greatest at guessing bf% and i really suggest u get it checked.. in the meantime we can do u a diet based on an estimate but thats exactly what itll be .. an estimate..

    Congrats on your weight loss. Are you trying to build muscle or just do a straight cut to get rid of the last few lbs?
