Okay, so I am planning on starting a cycle sometime in the future, but I wanted to learn a little bit about diet. I currently have a healthy lifestyle, I limit my carbs greatly, i have a good vegetable and meat intake, usually fish or chicken. But as far as AAS goes, I would like to learn what is required. What foods are good for cholesterol control/ contain low amount
Of low cholesterol, what should my macros be etc. any advice would help, thanks!
