    best carb sources for bulking

    im going to incorporate alot of brown rice into my meal plan, as well as whole wheat toast and oatmeal in the mornings

    but as far what other carbs i should include during the day, i really dont know

    because i cant stand pasta, i mean i cant even hold it down. its weird but i cant help it..

    add it to shakes, make protein porridge, add it to tuna 0.1%mayo, make protein bars to keep handy for when out

    Not a complete list by any means, but off the top of my head:

    yams/sweet potato
    red/white/yellow potato
    rice - brown/white/basmati etc etc etc
    whole grain bread
    whole grain pasta
    oats
    beans/legumes
    lentins
    cous cous
    quinoa
    grits/farina
