find out your TDEE, just type it into google and you will find a calculator that will tell you what it is depending on your height and weight and activity level
for cutting i would start with 45%P/35%C/20%F
then start with a 300-500kcal deficit and make adjustments as you go.
you may want to narrow down your BF% for a better TDEE estimate, but it isnt crucial as once you start your diet you will find out after a week or so if your eating too little or too much
if your tdee is 3039 and your trying to cut you want to go under that not over to 3500
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
