ECA Stack....Anyone ?
Anyone still using the ECA Stack to help burn fat?
I just recently got a hold of some ephedrine and am amping up on the stuff as we speak.
Doing the following;
-325 mg Asprin
-200 mg Caffeine
-25mg ephedrine
I'm gonna try this every mourning...after BREAK-fast and then hit the cardio for 20-30 mins. Hoping to drop an inch or two from the waist.
Whats your opinion on the ECA stack?

Your aspirin is too high a dose. Baby aspirin approx 75mg is what you want. And I'd suggest getting up to 3 doses per day (no later than 2pm) to get a proper thermogenic effect. 2 weeks on and 2 off is what I would do.

Like Stem said your aspirin dose is way too high. Look for St Joseph or baby aspirin I think it's 81mg.
To really get the most out of it you need to take it 3 times per day. I like to take it 1st thing in the morning before fasted cardio and every 4 hrs after that.

^^^Agreed - 81mg asprin. You can buy it at wal-mart. I'm a cheap bastard so I buy equate brand.
Actually...let's call me frugal..not cheap. LOL

What function does the aspirin serve in an eca stack? I have always wondered that.

Ephedrine-caffeine stimulates noradrenaline secretion, which then stimulates activity of cyclic AMP. Caffeine inhibits phosphodiesterase, the enzyme that metabolizes cyclic AMP, and thereby enhances noradrenaline. Aspirin enhances noradrenaline activity by inhibiting adenosine, which is involved in noradrenaline inactivation.

^^ thanks Buds...(i'll lower the asprin mgs to 75).
I'll tell you one thing...this combo gets you cranked up. I'm good for a 1-1.5 hr workout session about 45 mins after this hit.
I'm goin to go with 2 doses a day...before 2 pm....for two weeks.
I usually take some protein first thing upon waking....but now i'm gonna get some cardio in first thing in the mourning too....before my 5 egg omelet. I get up at 6-7am...so i should be able to get in two doses. I don't like doing to much caffeine and none after 3 pm...since i'm usually in the sack by Midnight.
Yohimbe too...? (never tried it...have to look that up!)
