Can You Gain LBM W/ Low Carb Diet && Kcal at Maintenance?

I've been cutting and was going to run my 2nd cycle Sust 500/week in a couple of weeks.. but was going to maintain my current diet:

2300 Kcal 260Protein/100Carb/75Fat

26 years old
230lbs @ 18%BF(**Currently 221lbs not sure BF%)
My tdee is 3350cals


Any suggestions on Macros when I start my 2nd cycle.. I dont want to ballon up like I did in my 1st cycle(Had bad diet).. but if diet veryy strict I would like to put on LBM and maybe lose or at least maintain BF%
