    My Diet....I NEED TO FIND A SOLID NUTRITION PLAN ASAP.

    Meal 1 (breakfeast) (6:30am)
    -liquid egg whites 36tbsp.=300 calories. 60g protein . 0carbs. 0 fats.
    -valutime quick oats(1/2cup)=140 calories. 5gs protein . 26 g carbs. 2.5g fats.

    Meal 2(9:20am) midmorning snack
    -2 cans of starkist tuna (10oz)=200cals,40g protein , 2g carbs, 2g fats

    Meal 3 (12:30pm) lunch
    -(6-8oz)grilled chicken breast=240calories,48g protein ,3g fat, 0g carbs
    -1 cup raw broccoli=24 calories,2g protein , 4.6g carbs,0g fats

    Meal 4 (3:15pm) pre workout
    -6-8oz grilled chicken breast=240calories,48g protein ,3g fat, 0g carbs
    -1 cup brown rice=216 calories,5g protein ,1.8g fats,44g carbs
    -1 cup raw brocolli=24 calories,2g protein , 4.6g carbs,0g fats

    Meal 5 (6-7pm) post workout shake
    -whey protein shake=240 calories, 48g protein , 2g fats,6g carbs

    Meal 6 (7-8pm) post workout meal
    -6-8oz grilled chicken breast=240calories,48g protein ,3g fat, 0g carbs
    -1 cup raw brocolli=24 calories,2g protein , 4.6g carbs,0g fats
    -1 cup brown rice=216 calories,5g protein ,1.8g fats,44g carbs

    Meal 7 (9-10pm) late night snack
    -2 cans of starkist tuna (10oz)=200cals,40g protein , 2g carbs, 2g fats

    Meal 8 (11-12) bedtime (:
    -casein protein =240 calories,48g protein ,2g fat,6g fats
    -1 cup fat free cottage cheese 2%=203 calories,31g protein ,4g fat,8g carbs

    TOTALS=2,747 calories/432g protein /153.8g carbs/24.1g fats


    There is my total diet so far revised. It consists of only 2 shakes though i would love to add more (4 cans of tuna a day is killing me)

    ***Are the carbs to low...i am trying to lean up but at the same time i heard carbs should be about the same as protein.


    ***ALSO I WANT TO CREATE ANOTHER DIET. SO I CAN RUN THIS ONE HERE FOR ABOUT 8-10 WEEKS. THEN HAVE A TOTALLY NEW DIET TO RUN FOR 8-10 WEEKS. SO I DONT GET FOOD ALLERGYS AND TO ALSO SWITCH IT UP. THIS CONSISTS OF 3 CHICKEN BREASTS A DAYYYY. AND 4 CANS OF TUNA. SO PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE. I HAVE A POST ALREADY CONCERNING THIS BUT ITS NOT GETTING ALOT OF ATTENTION. I WOULD APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP FELLAS, I REALLY WANT TO HAVE A SOLID NUTRITION PLAN.

    Many questions n u never get around to them. Which it isnt ur problem to begin with. Im tired of wasting fuc*** time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alota carbs. No carbs. To much protein. Not enough protein. To many cans of tuna. Not enuf. Not enuf calories. To many calories. Fats to high. Fats to low. Carbs to low. Protein to high. Christ almighty. I have all the WILL DETERMINATION DRIVE AND CONSITENCY to be a bodybuilder and give it evrything i got. But an exercise science major says i should do one thing. A steroid using bodybuilder says i should do sumn else (a friend of mine) and guy on a forum says to do another. Ima lose my f****** mind!!!!!!!!!!!! Man im tryin so hard but its never good enuf. I just want a solid diet!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to be jacked!!!!! Ill do whatever it freakn takes!!!!!!!! But yet i hardly am
    Even big or muscular unless im in the gym with a pump goin. Other than that id laugh at myself for sayin im inda gym 1hr or more consistany. With a clean ass diet. Eating every 3 hours ATLEAST taking evrything i can to make it work!!!!!! But yet the ****i* thuggs in my school that dont know shi* and lift for 45 mins
    And talk the whole time. N arent neare as dedicated. N party every weekend. Are
    Hard. Jacked. And stronger then me. Im lose my freakin mind!!!!!!!!!!

    For one buddy you say you have will and determination to do this? How about patience, dedication and respect. If you have so many people around you well versed in the art then have them tell you that getting jacked won't take 2 weeks on gear or not. And further more if they are there putting up there solid advice that you use to put down the advice given by the guys on this forum (which is a shitty paid job, heard they lose cheques and you have to pay for your own Internet connection) then stop asking questions all your answers are right there in your little town. Oh and calm down, you are to hot tempered it's annoying

    Dude ive tried being patient with u but im done with u.. If no one will help u wtf do u think ive been trying to do?? I think u need to put this bodybuilding aside and deal with wat seems to be some personal problems ur having.. Or maybe u just enjoy feeling sorry for urself and thats wat this is about.. Ur obviously not rational and the reason no ones responding is prob cuz they dont wanna waste their time on u like i did..

    Im gonna stop with that cuz im so pissed i dont wanna say what im really thinking .. U really need to grow up...
