Apologise if this question has been asked already or if its a silly, but i am doing a lot of reading in to CKD and would like to implement this in a month or 2. I am trying to find a Fat source that is equal in mono and saturated fat.

I am thinking of implementing a liquid diet with 60/30/10 Fat Protein Carbs, (similar to Velocity diet but with high fat instead of protein). The only reason i want to do is because i feel that i have a good habit change in terms of food choice when there is only a limited food that you can eat or drink.

Anything input would greatly appreciated
