    Honestly mate I used to put heaps of spices and things on my chicken to improve the flavor. But most of the time it just burns on top of the chicken and doesn't taste that great anyway. Now I cook it slow with salt, pepper and a little garlic. Tate great and it's simplE

    Yeah its not to bad maybe a little cyan pepper or something its not to bad anyway

    I marinade with a little fat free italian then grill it. 20 calories per tbsp and it adds a lot of flavor.
