Freezing food?

Is making my meals and Eating for a full 7 days bad? Its very conveniet but is it bad in anyway?

If you trying to say that you make all your meals once per week and freeze them for 7 days, that's perfectly fine. Most members here that diet seriously do that ever week. I make mine once every 2 weeks and freeze them. Iv even cooked for the whole month before. No problem
