    Need Help With Diet!

I'm just getting back into things and need help with my diet .

    I'm 37, 5'10, 190lb, and 20lb over weight. I plan on working out 3 day's a week to start, and after a few weeks increasing 5 days.
Here's what I figured for my TDEE:

    2319 x 1.375 = 3188.7 – 500 = 2688.7

    40% 1075 / 4 = 269g Carbs
    40% 1075 / 4 = 269g Protein
    20% 537 / 9 = 60 g Fat

Should I lower my carbs to around 169, and as I understand it I should break this into 6 meals. Also, I've been working on my daily food layout, and it seams like a lot of food.

Bodyfat check is a good idea. I would also suggest carb cycling and see how your body responds
