    Spring Break SPLURGE questions

I have been dieting nearly perfect for the past year and a half (only a cheat meal, maybe two a week, drinking some weekends) but keeping it perfect for the most part.

I am a sophmore in college, and I am very fit, I play college football, and I have my physique almost exactly where I want it. (Lifting 5x a week, 30 mins cardio daily)

    HOWEVER,
I will be going on spring break, to Panama City Beach and I will not be lifting, running or eating right. I will be drinking every day I am sure. How far of a set back will this be for me? And anything I could do to not make it as bad. Going on a cruise in May, so I will be doing it again... Any advice will help.

Drink lots of water and try to be very active. Lots of sex for cardio would help.

In the big picture, it's a few days out of many. It'll set you back initially, but long term it'll make no difference. Enjoy yourself and let loose.

When I went to Mexico, they had a decent gym on the resort. It helped me mentally at the very least to work out in the morning. I then followed my workouts with epic PWO meals - pancakes, bacon, eggs, momossa's, french toast, potatoes, etc etc etc.

I normally get up at 4:30am, so i'm an early bird no matter which way you slice it. Those breakfast buffets carry on until like 10am, so if I get up around 8am, that's sleeping in for me!

Plus - I don't want to waste the day sleeping when I can be up doing shots of tequila, drinking margaritas and coronas, etc.!
