So I figured out my TDEE and I've been doing a good job with the lean protein and quality carbs and fats, but I tend to focus on only those things and I'm wondering if I'm not getting enough veggies. I'm 46, 185 down from 240, and working out 5 times a week. I know this isn't a lot of stats but any idea how often I should be throwing some veggies in there? I munch on carrots occassionally but tend to forget about them. Thanks
