    Carb Cycling

    Can someone teach me about carb cycling, I implemented hitt cardio today thanks to imola and fireguy, now I want to implement carb cycling

    ^^ google it man.. Once u read up on it and come up with a plan post ur diet on here.. gBrice75 would be best for advice.. I just started a carb cycle myself 2 weeks ago.. Like it.. So far..

    Priming before cycling can't be understated man. You're really selling yourself short if you don't at least try it IMO.

    While we're talkn bout cycling.. Im thinkin of running a bulking cycle in september if i can get my TRT sorted out by then.. Ive heard test only cycles dont show as much benefit for a "TRT'er" as they do for "normal" guys.. Dont know if yall know but thought id ask..?? And also if thats the case wat woukd u recommend for a first cycle? 300mg test/ 300mg deca??

    I would think 500mg/test would be better than 300mg IMO. Most beginner cycle's I see have 500mg.

    I thought that too.. Guys in trt forum said 500mg doesnt do for trt'er wat it does for reg guy.. 300test/300deca..?? Dont know why thought these guys mite know..

    You could still stack it with Deca. I'm just saying I wouldn't do the test dose under 500mg
