    Bodyfat: Around 12%

    1 egg
    6 Tbs Egg whites
    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    Protein Shake
    Meal 2
    1/4 lb Burger
    Swiss cheese
    Veggies
    Meal 3
    Chicken Breast
    1/2 cup Brown rice
    Meal 4
    1/4 lb Burger
    Swiss Cheese
    Veggies
    Meal 5 (PWO)
    Steak
    Sweet Potato
    Meal 6 (PPWO)
    Protein Shake
    50g Dextrose
    Meal 7
    Chicken Breast
    Veggies
    Peanut Butter

    Calories: 3200
    Protein: 315
    Carbs: 215
    Fat: 115


    I'm 20 years old so no gear yet, just trying to get a good build for now. My first goal weight is 175, just wondering what some experienced people think of my diet.

    Replace that dextrose in ur pwo shake with 1 cup oats- put it right in with the whey. That's a lot of red meat to eat everyday, that's why ur fats are so high. Ground turkey or white fish??

    And what formula did u use to calc that TDEE number? Macros don't look right- 33% of cals are coming from fats

    I used the method in the bulk diet sticky, I think that's what you're asking. All the fats are red meat, milk, and pb.
