check my diet while on cycle trying to stay lean.
okay so starting sust & deca cycle couple weeks from now goal to add 15lbs or so but keeping it lean boys !
getting about 5-6 meals a day
here goes:
meal 1:
2 whole eggs
6 egg whites
cup of oats
medium banana
TS peanut butter
half pint skimmed milk
meal 2:
tin of tuna
cup brown rice
red apple
meal 3:
iso2 nutrition protein shake
banana
meal 4:
250g lean minced beef
6-8 new potatoes
spoon olive oil
meal 5:
large chicken breast
mixed veggies
meal 6:
300g cottage cheese
banana
good enough diet chaps

Your Stats and macro's for each meal please.
What results are you having from this diet?
