    Thumbs up check my diet while on cycle trying to stay lean.

    okay so starting sust & deca cycle couple weeks from now goal to add 15lbs or so but keeping it lean boys !
    getting about 5-6 meals a day
    here goes:
    meal 1:
    2 whole eggs
    6 egg whites
    cup of oats
    medium banana
    TS peanut butter
    half pint skimmed milk

    meal 2:
    tin of tuna
    cup brown rice
    red apple

    meal 3:
    iso2 nutrition protein shake
    banana

    meal 4:
    250g lean minced beef
    6-8 new potatoes
    spoon olive oil

    meal 5:
    large chicken breast
    mixed veggies

    meal 6:
    300g cottage cheese
    banana

    good enough diet chaps

    Your Stats and macro's for each meal please.

    What results are you having from this diet?

    And cycle history including dates of those cycles please.
