i think you could reduce fats a little bit and that is alot of milk... especially at 400-700 extra calories a day this may make you put on fat

What were you thinking for fat? I was aiming for 40/40/20 macros , but thats hitting more like 37/50/13. I'm kind of concerned about going much below that; I start feeling natural test production slowing down...

im surprised u wanna bulk at 15%... id personally cut to at least 12..

agree with jypoll.. 48 oz milk and 16oz oj is a LOT of sugar.. thats a half gallon of sugar liquid..

Ok, so if I cut out the milk and OJ... I'd take out 45g fat, 120g carbs, 45g protein... and ~1,000 calories.

What would be some better alternatives to keep me ~3,800 calories?

bulking with 3800 id either do 40/40/20

    380g pro
    380g carbs
    84g fat

    or more likely 40/45/15

    380g pro
    427g carbs
    63g fat

carbs being oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice... maybe occasional apple or blueberry or banana and a little milk at breakfast or pwo but i wouldnt make a habit of it..

    i tend to be conservative

also id like to note i wouldnt start a bulk at 15%bf and i would start at 3300 not 3800.. u can always increase cals.. hate to put on fat..

The 15% was just a conservative estimate. Still have defined abs, and I'm not concerned about them getting blurred.
My primary focus right now is on gaining raw strength and size.

Should I keep the same diet for rest days? I feel like I should be cutting out some carbs to get down to TDEE, but I don't know if that's valid.

im trying to figure that out myself, i typically reduce carbs by 20% or so on rest-day, but i am going to try to keep it the same everyday and see what happens
