Hi all,
Im working on loosing bodyfat, right now im avoiding peas, sweetcorn and carrots due to sugars. Im sticking to Broccoli, Coliflower, Peppers, Asparagus, Celery, and Baby Spinach.
Is there anything you would add/take out of the list? and how much do you recommend on me eating - can it be unlimited amounts throughout the day?
