My cycle is as follows
Wks 1-4test p @100mg eod, 5-12 150mg eod
Tren a 5-12 @ 150mg eod
Oral winny @ 50mg wks 1-5, 9-12
Letro for Ai and standard pct w nolva and clomid
I'm looking to reduce fat and retain as much muscle as possible and try to gain strength. I've consistantly been eating at a 900 cal deficit daily w carb up on Sundays. I'm 6'1", 260lbs and around 16% bf. I taking in 3000cal per day and macros are 45p/25c/35f
I'm doing a powerlifting meet in April so that's why I started w winny because its always worked so well for me in the past w strength but that was on a bulking diet.
