Nutritional info
When I look at macros and calories of certain foods, it just seems innacurate. For example, when I go to look at Maple Grove Farms Sugar Free Syrup, their website tells me that there's 30 calories. However, it also says that there are 0 fats, 0 carbs and 0 protein. So that's obviously conflicting. Also when I got Sargento's website to look up their reduced fat 4 cheese blend, it gives me 6g of fat, 1 carb and 8g of protein, but only 80 calories (When it should be 90).
I don't know if I should use the actual macros (and calculate the calories myself) or the calories that are given when I add it to my diet worksheet. If anyone can help it'll be very much appreciated!!
Thanks guys (and girls)!

When anything eatable has 0 fats, 0 carbs and 0 protein, than it must have 0 calories, as in the case of plain drinking water. They are clearly screwing this up from what I understand.
I would suggest you calculate the calories yourself.

i dont know about the 0 0 0 for 30cals that seems pretty ridiculous.
but for nutritional facts they do alot of rounding, they only have to go to the nearest interger for macros and if it has 1.49g of fat they wil say one and count it as 13-14 calories, also they round calories to the nearest 10.
when i count my foods i use the macros they give and count my own calories
