where can i buy food in bulk that is already cooked & is healthy

personal chefs are too expensive from what ive seen. im talking something like a catering company that may sell salmon in bulk to one person just for example.

ive did an extreme amount of research on the subject.. and its not available in an affordable manner,,, i just make a sunday out of it and get out the foreman grill and rice cooker. and then just goto walmart and get an excessive amount of cheap tupperware and pullout what you need on a daily basis... the money you save,,, save for when you want to start gear
