Which is the better fat?

Olive oil or flax?

Both are good I supplement flax and cook with olive.

flax definitely, it has omega 3-6-9. UDOs is a really good flax blend, and i like the taste

during a carb free meal have 1-2tbsp

Flax oil is expensive. It should also be kept in the dark/refrigerated for best.
