About to start my pct after a test e cycle, i am going to run clen to cut up and was wondering how i should diet to avoid muscle loss and just lose some bf%... my tdee is 2435 cals a day. I work out 4-5 days week and do about 25-40 mins of cardio depending on day....currently i am 198 lbs 11% bf and want to get to 7-8% if possible with out loosing muscle mass...any help would be appreciated.
