OP - Simple carbs PWO are a thing of the past. Do complex carbs and you'll be fine. If you're bulking I like to eat 1-2 cups of Oats with the same amount of skim milk, with some splenda and mix it up. It taste just like cereal. When I was bulking this was part of my PWO Meal!
