What is the best PWO carb for bulking?
I've been doing oats, but science says simple carbs like white breads, white rice, Gatorade etc.. What do you guys think?

Oats for sure.. Or sweet potatoes.. Or brown rice.. I do oats mixd into my protein shake..

LMAO!!! The phrasing of that comment almost made me fall out of my chair!
OP - Simple carbs PWO are a thing of the past. Do complex carbs and you'll be fine. If you're bulking I like to eat 1-2 cups of Oats with the same amount of skim milk, with some splenda and mix it up. It taste just like cereal. When I was bulking this was part of my PWO Meal!
