    lugi' real italian ice

    calories 60
    sat fat 0 g
    trans fat 0 g

    cholesterol 0mg
    sodium 10 mg
    total carbohydrates 20g
    dietary fiber 0g
    sugars 1g
    protein 0g

    its 1105 pm just finished working out a hour and a half ago. I had a protein shake after workout showered and picked up a little I am now "wanting to eat a serving of lugi' real italian ice", while watching a movie with the lady. my question is this ok are there any objections will I **** my body up lol. no serious note though I been trying to look for healthy snacks would this qualify as one as long as I keep with in my tdee and macros?

    I'm allowed 160g of carbs a day and so far I only had a apple 12 oz of wheat spaghetti and two pieces of while wheat bread. I'm running a 60/20/20 I hiked two and half miles this morning I ate my carbs before and after my work out and then I hit the gym in the evening having protein before and after

    well no answers so I settled for half a cup of cottage cheese with walnuts and pineapple in it.

    Good choice. Except for the pineapple. In theory as long as you hit your macro's then you would be ok. But most of us don't like eating carbs that late especially when cutting.

    im pretty sure (bad memory) i told u carb choices: oats, sweet potato, brown rice...


    found it:
    split ur carbs into meal 1, preworkout, postworkout only .. limit them to oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice only.. have green veggies in other 3 meals at least..

    unfortunately its good stuff I will no longer be able to eat. shaved ice have you had that before (frozen treat)

    yeh its prob got alot of sugar in it.. i know what it is.. that syrup the put on it prob has sugar in it.. of high fructose corn syrup..

    I see noi prob whatsoever working this into your macros.
    Hell id get orange or mango...mix it in blender with vanilla protein powder, water and maybe a teaspoon of psyllium husk fiber. Then take a couple fish oil caps with it.
