Hello everyone I want to share my diet with you guys so I can see different opinions about it and how to improve it . This diet is the same while I'm bulking I just increase my calories intake . Meal 1 : 6 egg whites " sometimes I keep 1 York or 2 . + 7 tablespoon of oats mixed with milk and 2 spoons of honey + 1 banana . Meal 2 : 7 tablespoons of boiled white rice no salt + grilled chicken breasts " I don't know many grams is the chicken but I eat around 1kg of chicken breasts a day I divide them on meal 2 meal 3 and meal 4 .". Meal 3 and 4 same as meal 2 but I decrease the amount of rice around 5 tablespoons in 3rd and 4 tablespoons in the 4th meal . Meal 5 : Its usually before I sleep by 1 hour . It's a can of tuna plus a huge bowl of salad all green in it + 1 cup of yogurt . " sometimes I throw in another meal , same chicken and rice + I have 5 scoops of whey a day , 2 in the morning after breakfast with 1 hour or something and 3 after workout ." i do my cardio 3 times a week on days when I got no college I do it 1st thing in the morning , on college days I do it at night and I workout around 1~ 3 pm .
