    My Diet

    Hello everyone I want to share my diet with you guys so I can see different opinions about it and how to improve it . This diet is the same while I'm bulking I just increase my calories intake . Meal 1 : 6 egg whites " sometimes I keep 1 York or 2 . + 7 tablespoon of oats mixed with milk and 2 spoons of honey + 1 banana . Meal 2 : 7 tablespoons of boiled white rice no salt + grilled chicken breasts " I don't know many grams is the chicken but I eat around 1kg of chicken breasts a day I divide them on meal 2 meal 3 and meal 4 .". Meal 3 and 4 same as meal 2 but I decrease the amount of rice around 5 tablespoons in 3rd and 4 tablespoons in the 4th meal . Meal 5 : Its usually before I sleep by 1 hour . It's a can of tuna plus a huge bowl of salad all green in it + 1 cup of yogurt . " sometimes I throw in another meal , same chicken and rice + I have 5 scoops of whey a day , 2 in the morning after breakfast with 1 hour or something and 3 after workout ." i do my cardio 3 times a week on days when I got no college I do it 1st thing in the morning , on college days I do it at night and I workout around 1~ 3 pm .     you need to give us your stats and list macros and calories.
    also list like this

    Hey man , I'm 180cm , 204 pounds , bf around 15% , been working-out for a year and a half now I started very skinny I was around 107 / 49 . I'm not sure if I can state my macros and calories intake bro I never counted them but I wanna learn how to do it so I was hoping some on with more experience can help me . What I stated above is just what I eat every single day , sorry again if I didn't provide much info .

    go to caloriecountdotcom .. its wat i use and they have almost everything i eat in their database prob wat u eat too.. if not u can make ur own food by plugging in the macros..

    without counting cals and macros ur just guessing man.. not a good idea.. imagine building a house with no tape measure.. u just "eyeballed" all ur cuts.. how u think the house would turn out?

    Ok mate thanks alot for the link , I will go there fix my macros and calories and will repost my diet with all the info, pro style
