I would like to get a whole lot of peoples personal experiences with how low they go with carbs while cutting and the different stages they go through to get there. Also what bf you reached at each different stage.
Do many guys cut carbd completely? I couldnt see myself going without oats in the morning and a carb loaded PWO shake at a minimum, even pre workout meal with carbs.
