    would like toHow low do you go with your carbs while cutting?

    I would like to get a whole lot of peoples personal experiences with how low they go with carbs while cutting and the different stages they go through to get there. Also what bf you reached at each different stage.

    Do many guys cut carbd completely? I couldnt see myself going without oats in the morning and a carb loaded PWO shake at a minimum, even pre workout meal with carbs.

    Everyone feel free to chip in your experiences, on or off cycle, muscle and fat loss, strength gains or loss, dryness, bf%, Energy levels, types of diets

    for myself, after using carbs for my source of energy for my workouts, i finally switched to using fat. so now my carb are low. my macro spilt is 161g F, 82g C, 310g P. every other diet, everything was switched i had about 160-180 carbs. but the way its setup now, I'm using the fat to fuel my workouts which they say helps get rid of the last bit of fat. Ive seen good reulst so far. not in the numbers but with how everything fits. bf% hasn't really dropped, weight fluctuates between 216-220lbs, i start at 228. over all i am happy tho.

    my maintenance is about 350g carbs or so. My last cut i did keto first so 20g then after keto i did a low carb at 120-140g was pretty tough next time i wont go below 200g, because i lost some strength, but good cutting results 25% to below 15% in a few months

    I've tried CKD's before and hated them, never again for me.

    100g carbs is as low as I go now, it's gotten me below 10% before and it's about to get me to <8%.

    I have carb cycled where I was no carbs 3-4 days a week. I have ran them at 50 grams a day for extended periods of time and I have ran them at 300-350 all the way up until the week before a show. Carbs are a small part of a big equation.

    I have (and am currently) carb cycled 3 days moderate, 3 days no carb (fibrous veggies only), and 1 high/refeed day. Did very well for getting me lean... from ~15% to ~9% in 12 weeks, and I was by no means perfect on the diet.

    I also prefer the carb cycle approach.. Currently am running 50g carbs (veggies only) 3.75days , 1.25 days at 6000cals 1250g carbs, 2days @ 1.5g carbs per lb LBM.. Then repeat.. Well see how it does

    I'm currently on 1 high carb day, 3 moderate carb days, and 3 low/no (Veggies only) carb day. I'm liking it so far. I've been on 3 weeks so far with 7 more left to go. I'm thinking it will drop me to 8-9% from 13-14%.

    I would never do an entire week(s) of low carb, but to carb cycle in my opinion is the way to go.
