Lunch: 180g Chicken breast/pack. 270 calories, 4g fat, 0g carb, 29g protein. (some vegetables too)
Snack 2: Tin of tuna. 147 calories, 1g fat, 0g carb, 35g protein.
Pre workout: 25g Whey protein shake. 100 calories, 2g fat, 1g carb, 20g protein.
Post workout: 25g Whey protein shake, 50g oats, 50g peanut butter: 670 calories, 30g fat, 44g carb, 60g protein.
