Hey guys. I want to start cutting and was wondering what opinions were on this diet plan.
Meal 1: half protein shake (12g), 4 eggs (or five egg whites), half cup oatmeal ( with 3 scoops of wheat bran ).
Meal 2: 150g ground turkey, spinach, 20 almonds
Meal 3( PWO) : protein shake (36g), apple
Meal 4: 150g ground turkey, spinach
meal 5: 150 g chicken breast, cup of broccoli
Meal 6: casein shake (30g), couple spoonfuls of natural peanut butter
Approximate total: 1400 calories, 200g protein , 80g carbs, 30g fats.
I will likely leave out the wheatbran and peanut butter on my off days, than I can do a carb cycle out line in my diet ( very general ) . And I would like to throw in more fats I think my intake will be too low. Any ideas?
I am working a five day split with Mondays and Friday no weight training. I do HIIT 3 times a week. With some cardio directly post workout, probably 25 minutes of light jogging. Any suggestions on this? I am aiming for cardio 5 times a week. And I heard that fasted HIIT is a bad idea because it burns muscle too, opinions?
My weight schedule looks like this:
Monday: off
Tuesday: Chest/Tris
Wednesday: Legs (power) and Abs
Thursday: Back/Bis
Friday: Off
Saturday:Shoulders
Sunday: :Legs (Hypertrophy) and Abs
Note: I am considering an EC stack/Clen cycle as well.
Any help will be much appreciated!
