    Carb Depleted Cutting Diet

    Hi Guys,
I ran a very low carb diet last summer (around 10% of marcos were carbs, with a very high protein and medium fat intake) and got some great results. I was running clen and a low dose of anavar while dieting.

I'm looking at doing another cut in a few months whilst on Ripex 225 (low dose of tren ace, test prop and masterone) and looking at running the same low carb diet. My question is; can I expect to see much, if any, muscle gains whilst on a carb depleted diet? I'm looking at running 200cals under maintenance with around 10% carbs, 65% protein and 25% fats (I know this is a very high protein intake, but the cutting results I got on this type of diet were great, and I managed to maintain a lot of muscle mass). Or would you advise I up the carb intake slightly if I'm wanting to get some muscle gains still, without sacrificing dropping body fat?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Personally, I'm a bigger fan of a carb cycle vs a keto type of diet. Have you looked into a carb cycle?

I haven't, no. I am considering looking into one, but got such great gains whilst on a keto type diet that I'm quite tempted to stick to that, as I can be sure to drop a lot of bf%. However, I did lose a bit (not much as the anavar helped maintain a lot of it) of muscle, and am hoping whilst on tren ace, test prop and masterone that I should be able to put on a bit of muscle whilst on the cut? Just a bit confused as to whether or not I will be able to achieve this with a keto type diet around 200cals under maintenance.
