Do you wear that thingy during your lift sessions? I'm curious of what the average calories burned an 1 hour lifting sessions, not including PWO cardio...

Ha ha, it's the Queens English don't you know!
Where do your girls live Al?
Weigh in up .25lbs today. I can live with that.
May train back today and then tonight is a date night and out for dinner. Already decided on loin of rabbit followed by beef Wellington with dauphinoise. So not low fat but I don't care after yesterday's caliper test!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Johnny I burned 500 cals during workout. Took an hour because I had a bit of chat with an old friend inbetween sets but it was only 10 mins longer than it should have been!

I just woke up and was about to run in here and tell you to put it on lol. Rad information, i was going to use it to gauge the average of what i'm burning when i lift. Each session is about 45 to an hour to. Thanks SteM! you said you burn about 2,500 through out your normal day not including workouts?

Had a fantastic meal last night. Rabbit loin was ok but the confit duck leg (shredded and mixed with a pearl barley risotto type thing) was excellent. The best beef Wellington I ever had and an awesome white chocolate trifle for dessert. Oh, and a couple of excellent glasses of merlot.
Went to bed expecting to be up about 3lbs this morning and that it would take a day or 2 to lose. Anyhow, woke up at 3am needing to poop which is unusual but I ate a lot of food. Did the job then threw up. Alot. Did the same at 4,5 and 6am
Long story short I am empty and 4lbs lighter than yesterday morning. I suspect it may have been some dubious chicken from my 5pm meal so that batch is hitting the bin today!
Not hungry for the first time in months!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Cheers man.
I reran my TDEE calculations and it comes out at 2950. I've pretty much settled at 2650 which is 500 more than when cutting. Though my macro's toward the end of my cut were not where they should have been as I got compla***ent about weighing and checking my spreadsheet. So I'm not very suprised my fat loss has improved since I stopped cutting.
So, I'm gonna stick with 2650 til the end of April and then add another 50g carbs spread evenly over my 5 carb meals and see where that starts taking me.
I've felt a bit rough all day today and struggled to get down some food but managed 4 meals although the last one I just wanted something tasty so it was meatballs and spaghetti. If it wasn't for the 4 triangles of Toblerone it would have been an ok food day after last nights illness.
Will weigh tomorrow and hopefully feel well enough to hit the gym.

Well, I was a lot of the night with my little girl so that's 2 bad nights sleep in a row and still got some gut rot!
Up 2lbs on yesterday but still 2lbs down on Saturdays weight. Gonna hit all my usual macro's today and see if that helps me get back up. On the plus side I look even leaner as I am drier.
On the downside I am having to force down meal 2 and suspect my strength will be down in my chest workout!NO SOURCES GIVEN

As non of it stuck I guess it means I am owed a cheat meal!
Workout done, a bit up and down from last time but I expected it all to be down so it's a positive. Didn't do HIIT, just didn't feel up to it or that it would be right in my depleted state. So I did some random intervals as follows, all on treadmill-
5 mins warmup
60 secs at 16kmh(10mph)
60 secs at 5.5kmh(3.4mph)
30 secs at 18kmh(11.2mph)
90 secs at 5.5kmh(3.4mph)
4 sets of the above
Nothing crazy but enough for today. Hoping to be hungry again soon.

They are a bunch of cockney w8nkers mate! An English football (soccer) team Bank rolled by a Russian billionaire and have a history of been disliked for many years but back then because of a hooligan element. Now it's because they bought success but are on the way down!
And I don't mean you but sometimes stupid people ask stupid questions but to them they aren't stupid!
Tried some toast and whey at 11am. Not sitting good. Think I will be waiting til evening by the time I try anything else. Lots of water inbetween I think! Shame because I got my first ever no sugar maple syrup delivered today and was looking forward to pouring it on some pancakes!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Gonna heat up one my new business's frozen lasagnes for dinner and see what happens with that.
Only good news today is that we accepted an offer on our house. Hopefully that means I will have some free capital to have some gyno surgery and then I can start plan mining a cycleNO SOURCES GIVEN
