I have been prepping for my first BB show on March 31. because of recent personal issues i pulled out of show and have decided to continue dieting until i can compete in May. That being said I have had help being prepped with diet and now have a good understanding of my body. I wont give you a full detail of diet and changes over 18 weeks but ill give you what a run down. Im 6'5 and started diet at 248lbs at about 15% bf. I ended 2 week ago at 222.6 9.2% BF ( done with 7 point caliber test) Happy with the result and lean enough everywhere except my stomach i decided last week to start a keto TKD diet. My macros on my prep diet ended at this ; 150 cho, 310 pro, 60 fat with a refeed day once a week if needed at 300 cho, 260 pro, 40 fat. These are what macros after dieting for 18 weeks worked. I also was carb cycling and have good luck with that. That being said on carb cycling my low carb days i seemed to respond better and what lead me to believe through trial and error that im very carb sensitive. SO is why i started a keto diet last week. I have done one week of induction phase and started on week 2. My current macros are 220 pro, 60 cho , 92 fat. This is based off 1955 calories at 5 meals a day. Also for my induction phase i have not done any carbs besides incidentals. the carbs will be used only pre/post once i reach ketosis. here is current layout;

m1- 0 CHO, 44 PRO, 23 FAT
m2-30 CHO, 40 PRO, 23 FAT (pre)
m3-30 CHO, 40 PRO, 0 FAT (post)
m4-0 CHO, 44 PRO, 23 FAT
m5-0 CHO, 52 PRO, 23 FAT

Now with this in 1 week im current at 220.4 bf is 8.04% my lean body mass is about 206lb and thats my goal. Here is where my questions are. Even with no carbs besides incidentals my keto sticks show no change, but scale and bf% has. Im wondering how i can make sure im in ketosis before i start introducing carbs back pre/post. As far as workouts go i do 30 min cardio ED and 3 times a week i do 30 of HIIT. i feel very carb depleted and def can tell glycogen is low. i work out 5 times a week very intense as you would prepping for a show. As far as everything else, im also on clen/t3 cycle, using 600mg of test weekly and 40mg of var ED. Im also doing ECA stack. My other question is, does the gear/ supps. hinder the results of keto or what the sticks show? Like i said before my end goal is about 4-5% bf at 206lb and i truly feel keto will get me there. just wanting to make sure on some things.If i left anything out just ask. Thanks for any help!
