    Bicycle Bulk Cycle

    Stats: 5'9 72kg
    Have been cutting down to 72kg quite lean, am now looking to bulk (bicycles) for 16wks or so.
    Maintenance calories seems to be sitting at about 2600cals. Am looking to increase this to 3300 and then slowly increase as the weight goes up again.

    Total Calories - 3320
    40% Protein
    25% Fats
    35% Carbs

    90g Fat
    266g Carbs
    - 98g Sugar
    308g Protein

    Meal 1:
    Oats
    4 Eggs
    2Tsp Honey

    Meal 2:
    Extreme Mass Shake with Lite Milk

    Meal 3:
    250g Chicken Breast
    Mixed Steamed Veggies
    Chilli Sauce

    Workout

    Postworkout:
    Extreme Mass Shake with Lite Milk

    Meal 5:
    250g Chicken Breast
    150g Rice
    Stirfry Sauce

    why do you have 98g of sugar? it should be about 20-30max only asa consequence from vegetables and a small portion of fruit, and you fats are about 30g too high

    meal 1- cut out the egg yolks and the honey

    meal2 - scratch this

    meal3- whats the calorie count on your chili sauce.. if it has sugar get rid of it or be very careful how much you use
    you pre-wo should have some carbs in it


    postwork- lose the shake, eat some oats

    meal 5- what kind of rice? i wouldnt use stirfry sauce
