    Protein Carb Fat Split

    If you wanted to cut what would be the best split for Pro, Carbs and Fat I have set my diet up for a 40/40/20 split but was wondering what everyone else does i.e. 50/40/10 or 60/30/10.

    i know you must get asked this 200 times a day but i haven't seen any threads on it so far

    i like 60/20/20.. my actual low carb cut was 59pro/18carb/23fat.. the carbs will get it done at least for me..

    id also like to note difft splits work differently for difft people low carb as a rule is good for cutting provided u do ok with limited carb.. to me cutting fat is worth any and all sacrifice!

    Overall calories being in check is what's most important. I stick with high protein, low-moderate carbs (depending on the day, workout, etc) and low fat. 40/40/20 is too high, for ME. 55/30/15 generally works well for me.

    Yeah I going to change my to a 55/30/15 I find it hard to loose weight
