Thread: what can i replace tuna with.

    what can i replace tuna with.

    Its honestly starting to make me gag, its a 185gram tin that contains 24 grams protein per 100gram.
    7grams of fat per 100grams
    and is 675kj per 100grams

    need a repla***ent for this. With similar stats. My protein im pretty sure is quite simmilar but i cant mix that with rice lol

    haha try Atlantic salmon, has just a few more calories, but twice the taste.

    i despise fish bad man lol. Ive already included 2 small tins of tuna in so thats my fish for the day. Any other suggestions? Any sorta meat?

    crab meat, sardines, pilchards, any tinned fish really, but tuna has the best macros

    cant stand any of them man, let alone seafood unless its like calamari or fried or grilled fish from the fish and chip shop lol

    i eat 16oz of chicken per day. would eat beef but i need cuts of meat that are similar to that marco ration i layed out.

    I've found that basa fish is a great substitute for tuna. You'll have to cook it as it doesn't come in tins, but its worth it. It's macro split - 16gm protein, 0gm carbs, 2gm fat, 50mg sodium (per 100gm). It has a very mild taste, not fishy at all. I either by it fresh or frozen

    But yeah chicken and beef are also good options...

    soooooooooooooo.. u eat beef and adjust down ur chickn or whatever u have to do.. why limit urself just cuz ur locked into certain macros... think outside the box dude..
