Hey guys, just want to get some advice/tips on this cutting diet.
Meal 1: 4 eggs (2whole 4 whites) 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2: protein shake
Meal 3: 250g tuna +spinach and 1 cup of mixed nuts
Meal 4: Chicken/beef stir fry with 1 cup brown rice (capsicum, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, green beans)
Workout
post workout protein shake
Meal 5: 250g steak/chicken breast/fish with broccoli, capsicum and brussel sprouts
Meal 6: 1 cup of cottage cheese + 100g tuna
Going for a keto.
Supplements:
Xtend for Bcaa's
Hemorage double black pre workout
green tea tabs
Hydroxycut hardcore (6 pills a day, 2 pre each main meal)
6 fish oil caps
