    Cool Weirdest Meal Plan!

    Meal 1

    Oatmeal mixed with Protein Powder
    Fat-free cottage cheese
    Fresh fruit

    Meal 2

12-16 oz. of lean red meat
    Red baked potato
    Fat-free cottage cheese
    32 oz. of skim milk

    Meal 3

1 dozen eggs with half the yolks removed
Whole wheat english muffins with all natural peanut butter
    32 oz. of skim milk

    Meal 4

12-16 oz. of chicken or turkey breast
    Red baked potato
    Fat-free cottage cheese
    32 oz. of skim milk

This is the meal plan of Matt Kroczaleski, a professional powerlifter, competitive bodybuilder, and strongman who is sponsored by Muscletech. He drinks a gallon of skimmed milk ED, which is a crazy amount IMO! He also won't specify how much oatmeal or cottage cheese he eats in one sitting, but I can only imagine it would be more than ... well, I cannot really imagine how much would it be. Probably a whole a lot! We know that he is not lactose intolerant though

Man, I wish I could follow this diet... I love milk, love english muffins, etc. I'd like to chalk it up to him being nothing more than another fatty powerlifter, but that's simply not the case - he's pretty fvcking ripped a lot of the time, at least for powerlifting standards!

Yeah, he is as ripped as one can be for a powerlifter.

Apparently, his body responds really well to Lactose as a carb source.

I mean, look at all the cottage cheese and skimmed milk he goes through ED, I can't stop looking at his meal plan and be like WTF!? lol

Other than the huge amounts of milk I think its a pretty good diet as far as how its laid out...

For someone that size I bet it works out well..

    Yes, indeed.

It was rather the milk that caught my eye.

32 oz with almost every meal, lol.

Anybody feel like taking on the task of working up the macros for shits and giggles? We can assume 1 tub of cottage per meal, and 2 english muffins? Would love to see how this breaks down.

What if he is eating 5-6 english muffins in one sitting?

Same goes for oatmeal. Maybe he is eating 3 cups in one sitting with 3-4 scoops of protein powder.

What about the amount of peanut butter he may be spreading over the muffins? Quarter a jar in one sitting? Maybe, maybe not.

He is a world record holding powerlifter after all, we can never know what his eating limits are when it comes to carbs.

Its about 1500 cals alone for a gallon of milk. Assuming US gallon is the same as a UK one!

I hear ya. I just wanted to do it for fun, but without some idea of quantities we could potentially be thousands of calories off the mark. Either way, sounds like a fun... and simple diet!
