So as I am sitting here starving I thought I would search for some veggies I could eat to fill me up a bit between meals. Lately I have been hungry almost immediately after eating a meal or within an hour of eating a meal. I've added 1-2 diet cokes in the mix which I really do not like to do. I've been drinking water almost exclusively for 2 years. So on my google search I stumbled on this phenomenon called zero or negative calorie foods. I thought that the list would only include items such as celery and lettuce. However the list includes some fruits that are quit tasty. So does anyone know if there is any truth in this list? Here is a link to the site and the list of foods they claim are zero or negative calorie.
