    Hurt my back cant workout

    I tore a muscle in my upper back the other day. I am not able to work out. my question is
    should I back down on my protein? I am currently on 100 mgs of test weekly

    Why cut back on protein? Depending on what you've been doing, you may want to increase it, not cut back. Cut back on carbs and possibly fats - less demand for energy. Keeping protein high will help preserve muscle tissue although you won't be able to train for a while.

    i agree, if you cut back on protein and not workout, you will lose immense amount of muscle
