    ** My IF Cut **

    Ok, guys and girls.....

    Im fed up with myslef, I keep half heartedly follow a plan, be it cutting or gaining and im just getting nowhere.... Im starting up a log as a way to become accountable....


    Ive slipped out of shape due to many reasons and im not going to go into detain and make excuses as it doesnt really matter... All that does matter is that im fat and I want to be below 10%BF......


    Im starting this log because I NEED YOUR HELP..... Im not going to name names but there are a lot of great guys in the diet section and I would appreciate your support....



    Im going to try and stick to the following plan for 2 weeks and take things from there.... I will get my BF (skin fold) done EOWeek and will use my weight as a guide... Basically im going to be IF'ing, Training HIT (but with a little more volume than normal) and doing fuk loads of cardio...


    Diet (Im not 2 sure on the macros... I worked them out before but not sure now... TBH I dont care 2 much ATM, I just need to stick to something LOL)...

    My plan is to stick to this diet Mon-Fri (which will be no problem at all).... I will have one meal on Saturday where I have what I want and will share this durring the week b4 I have it... This meal however will still be fairly ok...

    I dont train on a Wednesday so I may drop the rice on that day....




    1300... 1 Chicken Breast, 3 fish Caps, Broccoli

    1600... 1 Chicken Breast, 3 fish Caps, broccoli

    1930... 60g Protein Blend (egg,milk,whey), 50g Oats

    2000... 1 Chicken Breast, 100g Brown Rice, Broccoli

    2100... 30g Protein Blend, 300g Cottage Cheese




    Training... (Not going into too much detail, i will log some stuff as we go.... My training will be in a HIT style however I will add more volume than my normal HIT sessions)

    Mon - Legs

    Tue - Chest and Biceps

    Thu - Back

    Fri - Delts and Triceps



    Cardio


    Mon - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC..........PM PWO, 45 mins LIC

    Tue - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC..........PM PWO, 45 mins LIC

    Wed - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC

    Thu - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC..........PM PWO, 45 mins LIC

    Fri - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC..........PM PWO, 45 mins LIC




    Supps/Drugs

    T3 @ 75mcg/day ED
    Glutamine @ 2.5g Pre-Bed, 2.5g Upon Waiking, 2.5g Pre-WO
    BCAA's @ 10g Post-AM cardio (spread over 2-3 hrs)

    Test @ 800mg/week
    D Bol @ 25mg Pre-WO
    Arimidex @ 0.25mg E3D

    It would help to know ur exact stats
    Ur profile says ur 5'7" and 23yrs old?? Is this correct? What bf% are you currently?
    It appears that your day starts late or else you just don't eat until 1pm...which wouldn't be good...lol
    It would be good to break down the Marcos it's really the only way to see exact what ur taking in throughout the day.
    Where does ur weight training fall in the day relative to ur meals??
    I like the fasted cardio.
    I would drop the d-Bol, no need for that in cutting cycle/diet.
    Really doesn't seem like much food but re-post with macros and will will figure it out.

    base ill be following this as well.. good luck i saw some of ur other thread (at least the pics) so i know ur gonna do well.. and ur rite.. u are gonna be doing a lot of cardio!

    am a bit curious to ur total cals and macros.. looks like not alot of carbs at all..

    Nope its not at all..... about 110 carbs....

    Have u read the rapid fat loss book by lyle...

    I plan to smash it hard on low cards like this for about 2 weeks and then maybe add some carbs back in (Pre WO and PWO)

    havent read it yet but intend to.. figd since i was doing ud2 id wait to read it so as to not cause me to have to choose between the 2..

    Well my morning cardio planns have already changed for the next week LOL

    I am fostering a 6 month old Puppy for a week so will be taking her powerwalking/light jogging every morning......

    i want to get to 10% im prob 16% max but i cant train atm due to injury so all i can do is walk. better than nothing i guess.

    When I start getting up at 05.45 to do cardio even on my off days I still wake up around that time.... Couldnt sleep
