Ok, guys and girls.....
Im fed up with myslef, I keep half heartedly follow a plan, be it cutting or gaining and im just getting nowhere.... Im starting up a log as a way to become accountable....
Ive slipped out of shape due to many reasons and im not going to go into detain and make excuses as it doesnt really matter... All that does matter is that im fat and I want to be below 10%BF......
Im starting this log because I NEED YOUR HELP..... Im not going to name names but there are a lot of great guys in the diet section and I would appreciate your support....
Im going to try and stick to the following plan for 2 weeks and take things from there.... I will get my BF (skin fold) done EOWeek and will use my weight as a guide... Basically im going to be IF'ing, Training HIT (but with a little more volume than normal) and doing fuk loads of cardio...
Diet (Im not 2 sure on the macros... I worked them out before but not sure now... TBH I dont care 2 much ATM, I just need to stick to something LOL)...
My plan is to stick to this diet Mon-Fri (which will be no problem at all).... I will have one meal on Saturday where I have what I want and will share this durring the week b4 I have it... This meal however will still be fairly ok...
I dont train on a Wednesday so I may drop the rice on that day....
1300... 1 Chicken Breast, 3 fish Caps, Broccoli
1600... 1 Chicken Breast, 3 fish Caps, broccoli
1930... 60g Protein Blend (egg,milk,whey), 50g Oats
2000... 1 Chicken Breast, 100g Brown Rice, Broccoli
2100... 30g Protein Blend, 300g Cottage Cheese
Training... (Not going into too much detail, i will log some stuff as we go.... My training will be in a HIT style however I will add more volume than my normal HIT sessions)

Fri - Delts and Triceps

Mon - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC..........PM PWO, 45 mins LIC
Tue - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC..........PM PWO, 45 mins LIC

Thu - AM Fasted, 45 mins LIC..........PM PWO, 45 mins LIC

Glutamine @ 2.5g Pre-Bed, 2.5g Upon Waiking, 2.5g Pre-WO
BCAA's @ 10g Post-AM cardio (spread over 2-3 hrs)
Test @ 800mg/week
D Bol @ 25mg Pre-WO
Arimidex @ 0.25mg E3D
