    Requesting some help with what i eat ! :)

    Hello all, want to lock my diet down a little better, i have been eating relatively clean but what to try to up my success level therefore i will up my effort.
    My goals are to trim up the last bit of fat i have been carrying around for a while now and get into a lean threshold.

    My stats:
    26
    6'1
    235lbs
    20%
    Almost ready to start a 16 week cycle consisting of:
    Test cyp 600mg/wk
    Tren Ace 200mg/wk
    Followed up by my PCT

    My current diet looks like:
    Breakfast:
    4 eggs ( scrambled no oils or nothing just water)
    1 Piece of Ezekiel bread with organic peanut butter
    MetaMucil Drink ( fiber )
    Then usually gym:
    (Consisting of intense lifting
    followed by 20 minutes of stair stepper.)

    Then protein shake

    Lunch:
    Can of Tuna ( dry )
    Sweet Potatoe or two
    Some cottage cheese

    Snack:
    Protein or fruit with a tablespoon of natural peanutbutter

    Dinner:
    8-12oz Steak or 2 Cod fillets baked
    Sweet Potatoe
    Bowl of Vegetables

    Metamucil Drink ( Fiber) .





    This is what i am generally eating, I would love any tips advice, anything that could help me lower my bodyfat a little more. I have never liked cardio a whole lot so
    my goals are to burn enough calories through my workouts and have a super clean nutritional plan so i can still get my results.

    gsxr welcome to the forum..

    IMO u need to cut down to at least 12%bf before considering a cycle... 20% is WAY TOO HIGH

    read stickies at the top:

    after this we can help u sort out ur diet..

    Mate, no offence but AR 20% you aren't just about ready to start a cycle. I'd suggest you lose 20lbs fat minimum before you start it.

    Diet needs some work! Read the cutting 101 sticky and rework your plan and list it, including macro's and we'll have a look.

    Hint- id be looking at a daily cal intake of 2200 cals especially if you are gonna slow your progress by not doing any cardio. Not even PWO cardio?

    When your BF is 20%, that's when you should know you are not ready to cycle...

    When your diet is inadequate, that gives you another reason for not cycling yet...

    A 16 week cycle consisting of Test cyp 600mg/wk and Tren Ace 200mg/wk is serious business. We are not only talking about a prolonged cycle that requires prior cycling experience, but also a strong compound is involved in this proposed cycle at a considerably high dose for some people.

    What are your previous cycle experiences?

    How will you manage to control estrogen (with 20% BF, you better have a good strategy) and prevent testicular atrophy during your 16 week cycle? Have you educated yourself in OCT?

    What does your PCT consist of? When are you planning to begin it and for how long?

    16 weeks on Tren A??? Thats dbl the amount of time most ppl will tell you to run and to do that right outa the gate....ouch!

    Sorry if i seem to lack knowledge, i read alot previously and am not concerned to high about side effects of cycles. I appreciate it all so far. I will be doing pwo cardio just 20 minutes.i agree i may not ready to cycle again ill read more. I just grew up exposed abit more to aas, a few cloae friends of mine and massive freaks ( athletes)__ ill read away here now on the forums
