    What needs to change?

    Hey everyone,

So here's what happened. I was playing soccer, basketball, vball at a sr level for three years straight on high school (6'1 165 lbs ) as soon as I graduated I stopped sports and didn't work out. Year later I weight an extra 40lbs.

Last year a friend introduced me to the world of steroids (oral and injectables) and was excited and hopped on an anvar cycle (3 in the morning 3 at night) for about three weeks, and a sustanon 300 (1ml shot every three days for about 30 shots). Great results but I still weight the same. Lost a lot of weight and gained some nice strength (not so much volume of muscle). Problem is since I've been off the var and sust I still have belly fat. I jumped on CLA and body by vi.still have lower belly fat. My upper body is somewhat weaker than my lower ( due to the extra needed strength for high school sports) and would like to strengthen my upper body and lose the fat and gain the abs of glory I wanted. My question is what do I need to do to gain more muscle volume and lose the belly fat.

    Bench: 160
    Lat pull: 140
    Curl: 30
    Tri: 30
    Squat: 190
    Leg press: 220

Hope this is all you guys need. If you need more info please ask!
And thanks a lot for your responses and efforts!!

The only thing that is going to give you abs is cardio and diet. What are your stats i.e. Height,Weight,Bodyfat %, age?

Wow man no disrespect but the fact that you have taken aas and are this young and at this level of strength and weight is crazy! Get your diet and cardio in check then in a few years come back to gear if you have stuck with hard work. Right now you are abusing your body with no knowledge on how to even diet properly I would be glad to help you map out a nutrition plan but not under the assumption you will continue to use gear.

Your jackass friend made a big mistake by introducing you to the world of AAS at the age of 19.

You were supposed to learn how to eat with muscle building and fat burning purposes in mind and then go through at least 4-5 years of strength and volume training to build a base and to learn more about your individual anatomy.

What did you do instead? You assumed that AAS magically burns fat, increases strength and builds muscle since all BBs are on gear and they seem to have packed immense amount of lean tissue with a very little BF%, so it would have yielded similar results for you too, right?

As for the bad news, you have most likely given a considerable amount of damage to your endocrine system that has not peaked yet by getting involved in AAS use. Have you ever heard of the term PCT? Do you know what it stands for, what it does for you and how it is done? No. But you cycled anyways...

Hit the diet section and learn how to eat first. You have to calculate your TDEE and eat accordingly. Then, you have to figure out how to do cardio and how much of it will be needed for fat burning purposes.
